Instructional Video Catalog:   Title Description

This four-part documentary series examines the conflicts in Central America from all sides. It traces the history of revolution in the region as well as U.S. activity, and it examines the course of Cuba's revolution from its early days up to our current hostility toward Castro. The series proceeds from the position that to understand the complexities of Central America today, we must first understand the region's long and violent history of dictatorships, revolutions, class struggles, human rights abuses and foreign intervention. And once we know where Central America has been, then the documentary cracks open the core of the current crisis, revealing the current tensions and future probabilities.
