Title:   " Emotions in Small Groups "

Leadership ability, responsibility and hostility are important factors that shape any group's performance and interaction. At times, individuality may be submerged in order to become part of the group. But each individual performs specific roles and functions within the group. Emotional interaction frequently determines how effectively a group may function. Much of the material in this lesson was developed during the production of the film, "Fathers and Sons: A Study in Group Dynamics," which Drs. Mills and Farrell co-produced and co-edited.
