Title:   " Forgiveness: How to Make Peace with your Past and Get on with Your Life "

Learning to forgive may be one of the hardest jobs in the whole business of human relationships, but psychologists Sidney and Suzanne Simon show where the path to forgiveness may begin. The Simons believe that the process of forgiving is one of healing our hurts, not carrying them around externally. The program provides an opportunity to look at some of the universal hurts that people experience and to reflect on how people can heal themselves. Sid Simon is the author of several self-help books, including Getting Unstuck, which resulted in an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey talk show. He is one of the founders of the value clarification process. For the past 20 years, he has taught at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, but continues to conduct workshops all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Suzanne Simon is a writer, counselor, workshop leader and former elementary school teacher. She co-authored the book Forgiveness with her husband, Sid, and also leads workshops across the country and abroad.
